Claims - 2018 season

Good day all,

The claim form for the 2018 season has been uploaded. Just a few notes:

1) If you are new, please see the 'Example' tab on how to complete the form;

2) Remember to save your claim (the Excel file) with your name, surname and the month. Eg: Pietie Kruger - March

3) If your name is not on the drop down list, please email me at leopardsfinance@gmail.com and ask that I update the form for you.

4) Remember, you can claim for the months of January - March.

5) All claims should be submitted via email at leopardsfinance@gmail.com, on or before 7 April 2018.

Die eisvorms vir die 2018 seisoen is op die website gelaai. Net 'n paar notas:

1) As jy nuut is, kyk na die voorbeeld 'tab' wanneer jy die eisvorm oopmaak.

2) Onthou om die vorm (die Excel-file) korrek te stoor, met jou naam, van en maand.

Bv: Pietie Kruger - Maart.

3) As jou naam nie op die lys is nie, stuur asb. vir my 'n epos aan leopardsfinance@gmail.com, sodat ek jou naam kan byvoeg.

4) Onthou dat jy vir die maande Januarie - Maart kan eis.

5) Alle eise moet teen 7 April elektronies ingedien word, by leopardsfinance@gmail.com.
